  * Transactions which are submitted and approved during 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (China Standard Time) are near real-time. If outside this timeframe, transaction period is no longer than 12 hours.

Consultants, distributors or other recipients want access to their funds quickly. ProPay’s integration with UnionPay leverages MoneyExpress which incorporates reporting to SAFE in its transaction flow and does not burden the recipient with any filing.*

* Transfer of funds from outside of China must be registered with State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE). This takes time and adds undue burden on the recipient of the funds.


Currency Transparency


Consultants, distributors or other recipients want to know the exact amount being deposited into their account. With ProPay, they will know the exact amount of the deposit at the time of the transaction—no waiting.*

*If transactions are submitted within the 15 hour window (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM – China Standard Time), the exact amount to be deposited in local currency is provided. After the 15 hour window, the amounts are made available in 12 hours or less.
