Congratulations on becoming a
ProPay Prepaid Mastercard cardholder!

Your new card has arrived and it's time to get started. First, you'll want to get your card signed and activated.
Next, familiarize yourself with the Important Information and Quick Tips sections below and take full advantage of your card.

ACTIVATE

There are two ways to activate your card. You can activate directly through your ProPay account or you can call in.
To activate through your account online:

Log in to your account at www.propaypayments.com
Click on "ProPay Card"

OR

Call 800.365.7816 to activate your card in the U.S.
Call 801.717.2527 to activate your card outside of the U.S.

SET YOUR PIN

During activation you will be prompted to input a 4-digit PIN. After activation you will only need to use your PIN when you access funds using an ATM.

SPEND

Use your card anywhere Debit Mastercards are accepted, including stores, online and at over 2 million ATMs worldwide.*

Maximum ATM cash withdrawal limit $1,000/day
Maximum total card usage $2,500/day

Quick Tips

At the point of sale

 Always select CREDIT when making a purchase. To obtain your available balance, call the number listed on the back of your card or check your ProPay account online.

At gas stations

  Please present the card to an attendant inside the gas station. The card will not authorize at the pump.

If your card is lost or stolen

Immediately call 800.365.7816 from within the U.S., or 801.717.2527 from outside the U.S. 24/7.
*You can withdraw or puchase amounts less than or equal to your ProPay Account "Available Balance." ATM fees apply. See Cardholder Agreement for details.
